What causes some schools to fail to educate students?

As most may already know, there are many causes to why some schools fail to educate their students and a lot of that is due to the students behavior and attitude or maybe some teachers don’t educate as well as they thought. A lot of students aren’t pushed to their full potential by their instructors or their schools.
